You are invited to join Afrodata 2012, the 2^nd African-European Conference on Chemometrics from 19-23 November 2012. Afrodata 2012 will be held in Stellenbosch, South Africa at the Wallenburg Research Centre @ Stias.

Stellenbosch is well known for its famous Wine Route and its University, where modern student life sits comfortably side by side with the history and architectural heritage of the town. Stellenbosch is about 65 km from Cape Town.

Cape Town is well-known for its natural features such as Table Mountain (provisionally named a New 7 Wonder of Nature), Cape Point, Chapman’s Peak Drive and its beautiful beaches. Also not to be missed is the Victoria and Alfred (V&A) Waterfront, a unique shopping and holiday experience on a scenic working harbour; Robben Island, the former home of Nelson Mandela; the Cape Town Wine Routes, where some of the world´s best wines are produced; and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, internationally acclaimed as one of the great botanical gardens of the world.
